Refund & Returns Policy- TrueKickz

At TrueKickz, we want every customer to feel confident when ordering from us. Please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase. This policy should be read alongside our Terms & Conditions and Shipping Policy.


All Sales Are Final

In general, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed. Customers are encouraged to review their order carefully before completing checkout.



Exceptions Under the Consumer Affairs Act

Refunds or exchanges may be provided in the following situations:

  • The item is defective or damaged upon delivery/pickup.

  • The wrong product was supplied.

  • The product fails to meet its intended purpose at the time of delivery.

Customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery or pickup with proof of purchase and supporting photos. We will work with you to provide a replacement, store credit, or refund.


Preorders

Preorder payments are non-refundable. However, if a preorder is not delivered within the agreed timeframe and no reschedule has been made, the deposit will be refunded in line with the Consumer Affairs Act of Guyana.

Orders not collected within 14 days of notification may be cancelled, and deposits may be forfeited unless prior arrangements are made.

Sale Items

Sale and discounted items are considered final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges unless defective or incorrect.



Shipping & Delivery Costs

  • Delivery fees are non-refundable.

  • If you return a defective or incorrect item, TrueKickz will cover the reasonable cost of return shipping.

  • For all other situations, customers are responsible for shipping costs.


Condition of Returned Goods

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must be returned in the same condition as received, including original packaging, unless defective.



Proof of Purchase

Refunds, returns, or exchanges will only be processed if the customer provides a valid receipt or order confirmation as proof of purchase.



Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original method of payment.



Process for Claims


  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery/pickup at truekickzgy@gmail.com.

  2. Provide proof of purchase and photos of the defective or incorrect product.

  3. Our team will review your claim and notify you of approval or rejection.

  4. If approved, refunds will be processed, or a replacement/store credit will be arranged.


Consumer Rights in Guyana

This Refund & Returns Policy is consistent with the Consumer Affairs Act of Guyana and does not affect your legal rights under that Act.
